DNANO represents a fundamentally different type of Biotech Company:

• Not a handful of high risk product candidates, but a multi-dimensional platform of protein expression, therapeutic drugs, diagnostics and drug delivery
• All of the work traces back to the creation of small (~15 bp, ~10 nm long) 3-D DNA dendrimers from strands which are half-complementary to one another and that self assemble in near-100% yield and specificity:
• Self assembly also provides major operational advantages: experiments are done in water, using inexpensive ingredients, at or near room temperature, using simple equipment and have a very high probability of success (~95%+).
• DNANO’s technology is protected by two issued US patents which broadly claim 3D nucleic acid structures which self assemble from complementary strands of DNA, RNA, PNA or TNA; nine additional applications pending.
